Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive confirmation via email detailing the date, time and venue of your booked session.
Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days may be transferred to an alternative date subject to availability. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date of your choice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, turquoise-summit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
